OUR VANILLA
A gourmet vanilla from Antalaha, the historic cradle of Madagascar vanilla — grown, cured and inspected according to the tradition of the SAVA region.
Origin
Our beans come from Antalaha, in the SAVA region of northeastern Madagascar — the terroir that produces the most renowned vanilla in the world. Vanilla planifolia variety, traditionally cured through blanching, sweating and slow drying, which develops the characteristic aroma of Bourbon vanilla.
Our vanilla is produced by La Vanille de Mada, in Antalaha, and marketed internationally under the Terre d'Antalaha brand.
Gourmet quality
Plump, supple and glossy black beans, unsplit, with a rich and lasting aroma. Each batch is carefully prepared to preserve the vanillin content and suppleness characteristic of a premium culinary vanilla.
